Ski resort Soblahov - Ostrý vrch is located in the village of Soblahov, in the mountains of Strážovské vrchy. Cyclists will surely love the nostalgic circuit that the mountain railroad has led in the past. Today there are several sections and remnants of bridges that remind him of his fame. The railway construction led through the territory of Trenčín, Kubrá, Soblahov, Mnichova Lehota, Trenčianska Turná, Trenčianske Stankovce and Selec.

Under the Ostrý vrch stands the cottage, which is situated at the crossroads of tourist paths under Ostrý vrch and the peak of Čiernochov. "Chata pod Ostrým vrchom" has its interesting history, it has not been in operation for a long time. The cottage was used for tourist purposes during summer and winter season. She was the center of the skiers. Currently, the reconstruction is undergoing and you can use it only during the weekends. In the close neighborhood "Chalets of the Ostrý vrch" stands "Drevenica Soblahov", which originally served as a canteen for workers who manage the forest property of the former owners. At present, the property provides comfortable all-year-round accommodation for sixteen people.

SOBLAHOVSKÝ HABÁNSKY DVOR

It was in the 16th century when the exiles from Moravia arrived in Soblah. The blacksmiths did not welcome them with enthusiasm. To religious refugees - Haban, they were hostile. Getting the indigenous people to their side required um and full mosques. And the Habani had it. They bought a sedentary seat and built the seat of their religious community. Thus the Habani in Soblah founded the "Haban Court". He was skilled craftsmen, knives and potters. From that time on, Soblahovcians and Habani co-operated in mutual respect and consistency.
